Development release for v2.2.0-dev.0! This release introduces multiple bug fixes and improvements:

• Can now open feeds using a "default" mechanism (e.g. click a link, and it will by default open in browser)
• Minor vulnerability fixes in dependencies
• Better error handling in thumbnail decoding
• Reworking thumbnails to have lazy thumbnail loading for parallel thumbnail opengraph fetching + rate limiting. This should significantly improve thumbnail fetching performance!
