Restructure the Fallout container into Build, Deployment and Run Configuration views #9

Split the single Targets view into three collapsible views inside the Fallout activity-bar container.

Implemented on feature/views-and-run-config (#2) — package.json + src/extension.ts.

What changes

Why this is labelled breaking-change

Every view ID is renamed, and falloutTargets stops existing. That invalidates any when clause, keybinding or saved layout referencing the old ID.

It costs nothing today and gets more expensive after the first release — which is precisely why it belongs in this milestone rather than after it. Nothing is published, so there are no users to break.

Acceptance

• falloutTargets appears nowhere in package.json or src/
• activationEvents, viewsWelcome, menus and every when clause updated consistently
• The Build view behaves exactly as the old Targets view did — same tree, same relations, same inline actions
