Updates the repository README’s licensing section to present the AGPL licensing statement as a normal paragraph and remove the “Unless otherwise noted below” qualifier, improving clarity and Markdown rendering.
Changes:
- Reworded the code/tooling licensing sentence to remove the “Unless otherwise noted below” phrasing.
