Flow is a living architecture for human flourishing, built to be tested in the smallest possible unit: a few people, one week, one shift in how we care for each other.
You are not late. You have never been late.
Flow is a practical framework for small groups who want to reduce stress, increase mutual support, and experiment with non-coercive ways of living — starting immediately, with whatever they already have.
Most people are not exhausted because they are weak.
They are exhausted because they live inside systems that demand constant performance.
Flow begins from a different assumption:
Life does not need to be optimized.
It needs to be unblocked.
Flow emerges when a small group of people quietly decide:
“No one in this circle should feel unsafe this week.”
Not as a revolution.
Not as a utopia.
Just as a test — small, real, now.
From that shift, another way of living becomes possible.
Flow is something people can try together, without permission or hierarchy, where:
- Survival is unconditional
- Resources are shared by need, not merit
- Small groups self‑organize without permanent hierarchy
- Conflicts are expected and handled locally
- Rest is a right, not a reward
Flow is not a belief.
It is a pattern.
A way of living you can test anywhere.
You don’t need land, money, or a plan.
- Gather 2–5 people
- Share a meal (no transactions)
- Ask: “What do we need to feel okay this week?”
- Distribute tasks voluntarily
- Notice what changes— in the week, in the group, in yourself.
That’s it.
Flow begins in the smallest possible unit.
A small example:
Three friends. One weekend.
Needs spoken, not hidden.
Support offered, not tracked.
A brief moment of shared humanity.
Enough to shift the week.
It could be like this: One person cooks. Another watches the children. Someone else rests without guilt for the first time in months.

This is a living blueprint of Flow.
This is not something you need to understand all of, at first.
It is something you can grow into.
If you want to have the fastest way in: read SUMMARY
Then read M-OS-R as an operating system
If you do this you will get a pretty good grip of this philosophy and how it works.
- How Flow works
- Why small groups matter
- How to begin without changing your whole life
- LOTUS (lottery‑based governance)
- Conflict resolution
- Anti‑hierarchy design
(I know informal roles will emerge. That is expected and can be renegotiated.)
- Food, energy, shelter
- Hydroponics & micro‑grids
- Node design & self‑sufficiency
- How to build a Node
- How to scale
- How to remain sovereign inside today’s economy
- Rest protocols
- Children’s agency
- Trauma‑informed design
- Cultural adaptation
Flow is not finished.
It is a living language.
You are welcome to speak it.
Flow is not something you join.
It is not a belief system.
Not a call to escape or abandon your life.
It is a tool.
A test.
A possibility.
If you need rest first, visit:
→ Refugium Anima
You can:
- Start a small Circle or start yourself
- Share resources without tracking value
- Rest without earning it
- Read this repository together or alone
- Notice what actually helps
That is enough.
Flow is small groups making sure no one has to struggle alone — and seeing what becomes possible from there.
Awkward attempts are part of the pattern.
Failure is data. Share it.
You can try it today. You can build it long-term.
This will be uneven. Sometimes it won’t work. That’s part of the pattern.

If you and a few people try Flow — even once —
I would love to hear what happened.
A few lines are enough:
- What you tried
- What felt different
- What didn’t work
No expectations.
Just curiosity.
Everything here exists for one reason: to make that small weekly circle sustainable over time. And you don't have to read it all to get started.

Use freely. No extraction. No extractive use of people, resources, ecosystems or shared labor.
Notice that one moment today where you felt alive.
Not productive. Not useful. Not 'good'. Alive.
That moment — wherever it was — is Flow.
Everything in this repository is just ways to find more of those moments.
If you’ve read this far — or anything in this architecture —
I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
Not as critique.
Not as feedback.
Just as a glimpse into another mind's thoughts.
This repository is, to be honest, a gift from someone who never walked in your shoes or thoughts.
I genuinely wish a better future for Earth and all the life on it.
That is why I'm writing Existential Reset Repository.
Welcome to my world for a while. You are welcome to pick out whatever suits you. I am very happy you found Flow!
This repository is not moving anywhere. If you want to take a break and read more later or some other day, that's fine. Just wanted to tell you.
And this some fresh news for you! I will make a Youtube channel where I will read some of the documents for you to listen to and/or see!
I will record it at my apartment in Haga, Göteborg, Sweden and it will be both in Swedish and English. It will be like one part of the document, one film.
As soon as I get my thumb out of my asshole I will tell it here on the README.md.
Maybe that might be an easier way for some of you? I really hope so!
All the best to you who reads this.
I think of all of human kind and our Mother Earth almost all the time, so if you ever feel lonely, remember, you are always on my mind ❤️
Stay alive and thinking! Lots of love.
