V3 could lose cancellation/persistence evidence, trust worker-provided execution authority, or let edited benchmark source influence the final oracle. This branch preserves task/result and process identities, keeps actual permissions and single-use tickets in a privileged parent, and executes frozen assertions outside edited source processes. Public downloads remain on published v2.0.8 while V3 is unreleased.

Current signed head: d668c706af21e9ce855265e14d5384d17cce01d7. Not ready to merge or publish: real-provider testing exposed additional native Working Plan failures, now being repaired offline.

Implemented and independently reviewed changes include correlated native feedback for wholly rejected mixed plan/tool batches, separate physical-outcome and workflow verdicts under R221, and an identical explicit existing-file boundary for both benchmark arms. Frozen fixtures, original tests, baseline, model settings, protocol counters, statistical formulas, mandatory V3 planning/context/safety gates and resource thresholds remain unchanged.

Exact-head offline acceptance passed:

  • Local1,620tests/28conditional skips; check/lint/docs, architecture, GoTUI, packaging, website and off-checkout wheel/sdist checks. Nine retained artifacts/checksums have detached GPG signatures.
  • Six-platform CI: all six actual1,800+s soaks,304 process identity checkpoints, full POSIX suites and explicit Windows support/PTY exceptions.
  • Four privileged combinations:174cases/job with documented skips and unchanged Linux host policies.
  • R260 independent native mechanism/reliability assessment passed using the original capture and complete bounded decoding of that same ETL. Original XML export timeout and historical failures remain retained; the unique historical trigger remains inferred.
-13 scoped offline gate records have been signed for d668. This is not a full17-gate manifest or completion of all266 acceptances.

Current d668 paid acceptance passed its original two-request native-tool smoke, then was owner-stopped after7completed cells when actual native plan failures were confirmed. Two inspection cells exhausted51requests without establishing a WorkingPlan; captured invalid-argument receipts show invented new-task IDs, insufficient schema/state guidance and unhelpful branch errors. Another captured cell completed reproduction/patch/original tests but exhausted its turn limit with unresolved task/evidence contracts. Original outcomes, all244 checkpointed calls, any uncheckpointed ledger attempts, usage and unknown holds are retained. A new candidate will require fresh freezing and acceptance; these partial rows will not be pooled.

R259/R262/R263/R264, the fixed fresh180-cell comparison, separate54-cell routing experiment and complete independent semantic/workflow review remain unpassed. Prior stopped9e rows and smoke failures also remain historical. The SAME cumulative CNY15 cap includes all historical/current/smoke/retry/unknown use, with CNY2.032768 reserved before each request; stopped-ledger accounting is being finalized before any further paid run.

Evidence stays outside the checkout. Main will advance only by a non-forced fast-forward to the same fully verified SHA after all17formal gates pass and fresh concurrency/rules checks. No main advance, tag, draft/public Release, package upload or preview-publisher execution has occurred.
