Problem

• Where: skill files and references that name the human gate
  • a. super-build and super-review write Next: Eric on human-gated cards
  • b. block-template.md, run.md, run-workflow.md and writing-standard.md use Eric as the owner value
  • c. ui-refine-loop grills Eric and records decisions as "Eric's"
• Who: everyone who installs super-board outside Eric Tech's own projects
• What happened: lanes post Next: Eric and needs Eric on boards where no Eric works, so the comment points at nobody

Solution

• Every role use of Eric in skills/ becomes owner (Next: owner, needs owner, grills the owner)
• diagrams/skill-map.json and diagrams/writing-standard/reference.html follow, so the docs match the skills
• Credits stay: README, hooks/README.md, "Eric Tech" and EricOS mentions are untouched
• Generated pages under diagrams/visual/ are not rebuilt in this PR; they still read "Eric runs" until the next regeneration

Acceptance criteria

• No role use of Eric left in skills/
  ↳ grep -rnw Eric skills returns nothing
• skill-map.json still parses
  ↳ json.load OK
• Offline safety suite passes
  ↳ not run locally; no test or script references Eric
