Pin the published SparkQwen image that accepts a 0.70–0.95 GPU memory allocation, so shared hosts can reserve memory for Runtime services and embedding sidecars. Keep the engine and model checkpoint unchanged, and document that effective distributed memory reservations include placement member resources.
Validation: recipe and pin-manifest checks and the complete local release gate passed. SparkQwen's launch/fabric tests and image build checks passed, and the image is published by immutable GHCR digest.
