Pull request overview

This PR migrates repository validation to a shared, reusable GitHub Actions workflow in EnVisione/.github, replacing local quality logic with a thin workflow caller while keeping repository-specific configuration via inputs.

Changes:

  • Adds a quality workflow that runs on PRs, pushes to main, a weekly schedule, and manual dispatch.
  • Delegates the quality job to EnVisione/.github/.github/workflows/quality.yml, pinned to an immutable commit SHA.
  • Configures the shared workflow with native-security: true and disables docs layout enforcement (enforce-docs-layout: false).

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.
