Summary
This PR refines the bundled Simplified Chinese localization.
The changes improve wording consistency, make several labels and messages more natural for Simplified Chinese users.

Follow-up
This PR only updates the Simplified Chinese locale. During validation, I noticed separate locale maintenance issues
around duplicate JSON keys and stale
updatedAtmetadata in other locale files. Those should be handled separately.
