Add the round-6 entry to the optimization tally: the O(1) S3-FIFO eviction index that killed the per-access O(N) queue scan (merged in the eviction PR). The same-runner perf-gate showed qps +28.69% on the Linux CI box with no bytes-per-key change. Records what worked (the #1 compute frame removed) and the honest remaining gap (the dominant speed cost is now the io_uring datapath, #28).
