Follow-up to #128. inspect prints NWB metadata but nothing about behaviour alignment, so there is no quick way to see whether a recording has been aligned or to what.
To fix, in inspect, read /timestamps_aligned via io.read_timestamps_aligned (for NWB input, through the linked _preprocessed.h5 once that branch exists) and print behaviour_session, session_start_time, offset_s and the frame count, or "not aligned" when absent. Accept _preprocessed.h5 and _registered.h5 input as well as NWB.
