About The Pull Request

My original PR was declined for things such as the holster basically hiding your weapon, which isn't desired for storage/balance reasons. This one just adds the harness so that it will be visible on someone's person, being a clear indication of a weapon being stored on examine.

Why It's Good For The Game

I still stand by my original statement, except no longer the case for holster modules, where we have modules to print rifle harnesses but not melee weapons.

Testing Evidence

I removed like 10 lines of the holster module being allowed to print so it's not a difference
