@mikesellitto You likely do not have permission to push tags (or at least, you should not). The intended workflow here is to create a release in github, which will create an associated tag.

That also means manually updating the package.json is unnecessary, it gets set automatically.

The latest force push updates the license to Apache and removes the manual versioning commit.
