A follow-up to #1456 that applies @domalessi's editorial suggestions to
packages/react-native-openfeature/README.md.DatadogCoreProviderintroFlagsConfiguration/getConfiguration()note@datadog/mobile-react-nativeand@datadog/mobile-react-native-openfeature3.10.0 or later. [FFL-2837] Add core provider and offline rules evaluation #1456 merged after the 3.9.0 release, so this assumes the feature ships in 3.10.0. Please update the number if the next release ends up with a different version.Docs only. This PR doesn't touch the follow-up work tracked in FFL-3357 and FFL-3358.
