Clarify ISIS conda channels

Summary

This adds an introduction that explains that one can download not only stable releases but also dev releases every couple of weeeks.

I also fixed some broken miniforge URLs (this was broken github.com/mamba-forge).

Licensing

This project is mostly composed of free and unencumbered software released into the public domain, and we are unlikely to accept contributions that are not also released into the public domain. Somewhere near the top of each file should have these words:

This work is free and unencumbered software released into the public domain. In jurisdictions that recognize copyright laws, the author or authors of this software dedicate any and all copyright interest in the software to the public domain.

  • I dedicate any and all copyright interest in this software to the public domain. I make this dedication for the benefit of the public at large and to the detriment of my heirs and successors. I intend this dedication to be an overt act of relinquishment in perpetuity of all present and future rights to this software under copyright law.

- move channel list above the install-script section so it applies to
both the script-based and manual installs
- add the RC channel (page documented only 3 of 4 channels)
- match the script's actual flag values (-l main / lts / rc / dev),
the previous wording disagreed with the CLI examples lower in the page
- link to the release-schedule page for cadence details rather than
  duplicating them
- fix typos: environmment, consideratrions
- fix dead Miniforge URLs: github.com/mamba-forge -> github.com/conda-forge
  (mamba-forge org does not exist)

Any thoughts on this? I've found the preexisting text to be not clear. There no mention ISIS actually has incremental conda packages. One has to study the existing shell script options to figure that out.

I think it's a good change.

@Kelvinrr thanks. It looks like the actual page did not change though https://astrogeology.usgs.gov/docs/how-to-guides/environment-setup-and-maintenance/installing-isis-via-anaconda/.

sometimes it can take a day or two, the website is cached on the server end and in your browser.
