Cruz Molina

Senior/staff software engineer focused on crypto-fintech infrastructure: backend systems, wallets, DeFi/trading rails, developer tooling, and protocol-adjacent product engineering.

Most recently: Kraken / Ink. Previously: Truffle, Opyn, Insrt, and Consensys.

I am interested in remote senior/staff IC roles where real assets, users, and production systems meet: backend/platform engineering, wallet infrastructure, DeFi/trading systems, Ethereum/L2 tooling, and pragmatic contract-to-hire or paid trial paths.

What I Like Building

  • Product-facing crypto infrastructure where correctness matters because value is moving.
  • APIs, SDKs, services, and operational tooling that make complex onchain systems usable.
  • Rust/TypeScript/Go systems around EVM, wallets, L2s, DeFi, trading, and developer platforms.
