That test occasionally fails due to the test testing for specific random outputs that aren't guaranteed to come up (see #10164) |
Although this is called by the BeltTunnelBlockEntity, it's better to make sure this is always called if brass tunnels change in the future

Implements Clearable properly for the last few blocks. Millstones implement clearable, but don't currently clear their output items.
