Closes #76

Summary

• Document optional server-side API rate-limit controls with values, defaults and safety scope.
• Document the previously omitted browser-visible demo-seed setting.
• Provide copyable non-secret local testnet example values and add server-only hints to the frontend env template.

Validation

• Verified each documented variable against actual usage in frontend/src/lib/rate-limit.ts, frontend/src/lib/demo-seed.ts, and frontend/src/lib/env.ts.
• git diff --check passed.
• Documentation-only change; runtime tests/build were not executed (dependencies not installed).

GrantFox campaign note: Issue is labelled Maybe Rewarded. I understand acceptance and any award are at maintainer/campaign discretion; no fixed reward is claimed.

Hi maintainers,

The environment-setting documentation in #187 is complete, with the examples checked against the actual source and a clean diff. I also have the separate API-timeout implementation in #189 ready for review, with focused tests passing; its full upstream CI is still awaiting approval, so I haven't claimed that entire suite is green.

I'm happy with the scope of both changes. If you'd like anything clarified or adjusted before either is merged, let me know and I'll get onto it.
