Windows 11 & DPI Aware Release

MkCDI now features full Windows 11 compatibility, DPI-aware scaling for high-resolution displays, and experimental ELF-to-CDI bootable image creation.

Key Improvements

• DPI-Aware GUI: Improved scaling on 4K/High-DPI displays (Win10+).
• Windows 11 Support: Fixed compatibility issues (Win7 font scaling behavior may differ).
• ELF-to-CDI Bootables: Create bootable CDI images directly from ELF binaries (homebrew support).
• New Icon: Dreamcast-inspired app icon with authentic black/orange retro aesthetic.

Compatibility

• Tested: Windows 11 x64 24H2 LTSC; Windows 7 x86
• Expected to work: Windows Vista through Windows 11 (untested on Vista; not compatible with XP)
• Note: High-DPI scaling verified on Win11 only; standard DPI displays untested

Usage Notes

Place game files in data/, run mkcdi_gui.exe or mkcdi.cmd. Supports Redream, Flycast, Demul emulators for testing. Archive old builds goes to archive/. See full info in the readme.

GUI can be blurry on some HiDPI screens on systems newer then Vista (until you force "scaling = application" in compatibility settings).
