JupyterBook for MATH4SDG and more.
_toc.yml describes the structure of the book, and links the files that will be used.
_config.yml is needed to configure the book (LateX, execute notebooks, etc.)

Simply:

1. Load the files, add yours, make a new _toc.yml and
2. Build the book with jb build .
3. To publish it, create gh-pages branch, with only html files.
