CodeJungle is a Polish software house. We have been building software for transport companies since 2017, and today most of our work goes into LiteTMS.

LiteTMS is a cloud transport management system (TMS) for European road carriers and freight forwarders. It keeps orders, planning, drivers, vehicles, subcontractors, documents and order finances in one workspace, with the LiteTMS Mobile app for drivers and office staff.

A customer calls to ask about a delivery. The answer should not depend on who is at their desk. In LiteTMS the latest status, the instructions, the documents and the recorded costs sit on the order, so a colleague can find them without phoning the person who planned the job.

• Orders and planning. One page per transport order with its route stops, assignments, activity, documents, communication and finances. Plan from a list, a calendar timeline or a dispatch map.
• Routes. Truck-profile routing with distance, time and toll estimates by country, plus a driving and rest time plan under EU Regulation 561/2006. These are estimates, and routing is a metered service.
• Own fleet or subcontractors. Assign your own vehicles, trailers and drivers, or a subcontracted carrier, to each leg of an order.
• AI order import. Turn a PDF, scan, Word file or email into an order draft. A person reviews it before the order is created.
• Order finance. Revenue, recorded costs and margin per order, with transport invoices issued in LiteTMS.
• Fleet. Employees, vehicles and trailers with their documents, maintenance schedules and expiry reminders. The fleet map shows the latest available positions from supported GPS providers (for example Linqo, Webfleet and Fleethand) or from LiteTMS Mobile.
• LiteTMS Mobile for Android and iOS, for the staff of companies that use LiteTMS: assigned orders, status updates, document photos, company chat with automatic translation, voice messages and navigation along the planned route.
• Documents. CMR and delivery documents stay with the order. An AI check compares an uploaded CMR with the order data for a person to review.
• AI assistant and AI Builder. The assistant answers how-to questions and opens the right screen. The Builder turns a plain-language description of a tab, register or report into one you review before using it.
• Optional modules, switched on per company: CRM, 3D load planning, last-mile delivery planning, pallet exchange, vehicle inspection protocols, order templates, order export (CSV, Excel, XML), SMS and email.

• Orders and contractors (customers and carriers) are free and unlimited, with no per-record fee.
• Users, employees, vehicles, trailers and branches are charged daily on the active count, after the free allowances of the current price list. Optional modules and paid services (AI, SMS, email, routing, voice transcription, file storage) are billed as used, from a prepaid balance.
• No setup fee under the standard offer, and no minimum term under the standard terms.

Road carriers and freight forwarders in Europe, from small fleets to mid-size transport companies. Dispatchers plan and follow orders in the browser, drivers work in LiteTMS Mobile, and owners see the revenue, recorded costs and margin of each order.

No. LiteTMS was built from scratch. LogisticsERP, our first system for transport companies, gave us experience, not a codebase.

Core hosting and storage are in the EU, and each company has its own database for its operational data. Some activated suppliers may process data outside the EEA. The privacy policy and the DPA have the details.

LiteTMS is live. We currently set up each workspace together with the customer, for companies registered in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Moldova. More European countries are planned, and self-service registration is coming soon.
