…tocolLib (CloudNetService#1625) ### Motivation Packetevents 2.8.0 was released in order to support Minecraft 1.21.5. We should update it to support both Protocollib & packetevents for npcs. ### Modification Updated packetevents to 2.8.0 ### Result Packetevents is on 2.8.0
