Fix the Obtainium deep link in README and release notes - #98

apps.obtainium.imranr.dev is Obtainium's crowdsourced app-config site, not a redirect service — there was no such /redirect endpoint. The real add-app deep link is the app's own obtainium:// scheme, confirmed against Obtainium's AndroidManifest.xml and its link handler (lib/pages/home.dart), which reads the source URL from either the path or a url= query param on an obtainium://add intent. Also fixed the same broken link on the live v5.1 release notes.

What changed?
The "Add to Obtainium" link pointed at
https://apps.obtainium.imranr.dev/redirect?r=..., which doesn't exist — that domain is Obtainium's crowdsourced app-config site, not a redirect service, and reported "Invalid URL. Redirect should start with obtainium://" when tapped.Fixed it to use Obtainium's actual deep link scheme,
obtainium://add?url=<encoded-source-url>, confirmed against Obtainium's ownAndroidManifest.xml(intent filter for theobtainiumscheme) and its handler inlib/pages/home.dart(reads the source URL from theurl=query param on anaddhost). Also fixed the identical broken link on the live v5.1 GitHub release notes directly. How was it checked?
