Summary
Address two recurring assistant questions where the docs left users without a clear answer: how to use external cloud storage (S3/GCS) with an app, and how to view app logs from the CLI.

storage/managing-files.mdx: added a "Using External Cloud Storage" section explaining that Cerebrium does not mount external buckets and showing the canonical pattern (SDK + secrets + optional cache into/persistent-storage) with aboto3example.other-topics/request-response-logging.mdx: added a "Viewing Logs" section pointing to the dashboard Logs tab and theGet App LogsAPI, and clarifying that there is nocerebrium logsCLI subcommand.Context
Assistant query buckets in the last week showed unresolved threads on "how do I use my own S3/GCS bucket" and "how do I get logs from the CLI". Both pages now answer those without needing the assistant to infer steps.
