fix(python): sensible python template defaults - #79

…nterpreter A bare "3.12" makes Renovate propose 3.12.1, which mise cannot verify, so CI fails at install. Under Git Bash on Windows a system Python earlier on PATH also built the .venv on the wrong version. The stamp now covers the interpreter and the project's manifests, and a failed project install fails the task instead of being ignored. Bumps the pinned tools.
The python template's mypy/pytest/pytest-cov/pip-audit/deptry pins were not tracked at all.
Without a config, lint ran ruff's minimal defaults. The preset leaves the structural smells to the habit-hooks python sensor and is skipped when the repo already configures ruff.

The python template's
python = "3.12"makes Renovate propose 3.12.1, which mise can't verify, so consumer CI fails at install (classifier-bench #2/#6). While testing the fix I found more:mise which python, and its stamp covers the interpreter and the project manifests.|| true; it now fails the task, and a config-only pyproject is no longer pip-installed.# renovate:comments, and the preset tracks annotated mise.toml pins.Pins move to python 3.14.8, ruff 0.16.10, mypy 2.4.0, pytest 9.1.1, pytest-cov 7.1.0 and pip-audit 2.10.1. I scaffolded a scratch project with the template and the gate passes, and the python sensor still catches a planted smell.
