- Around line 424-434: Make TunnelsSettingsViewModel.DisposeAsync idempotent by
returning immediately when disposal has already started, and ensure only the
first call disposes the webhook endpoint by atomically taking and clearing
_webhooks before disposing it.

BetterTunnels currently depends on MCP being enabled, preventing mail webhooks from using public connectivity independently. Move sign-in and connection management to a dedicated Tunnels/Web settings tab, retain a separate public-access control in MCP, and add per-account webhook controls with links to the shared settings. Users can enable public MCP, webhooks, both, or neither; disconnecting preserves feature choices and leaves local MCP and polling available.
Add Microsoft 365 change notifications for the signed-in mailbox. Dedicated webhook routes validate provider state, persist versioned pending refreshes before acknowledgement, and trigger incremental mailbox sync. Subscription renewal, lifecycle recovery, and reconnect catch-up run independently of MCP. Existing public MCP choices and tunnel identities migrate without losing their configuration. Ambiguous subscription creation recovers only this installation's matching subscription, and concurrent or repeated shutdown shares one cleanup task. Gmail and shared mailboxes continue polling, with the provider limitations shown in Accounts.
Validation:
A real hosted Senior-account/Graph delivery round trip remains to be verified. Periodic sync remains enabled as recovery.
