The tools were renamed
benchmark-tool→tools-benchmarkanddataset-tool→tools-dataset(ADR 0005 in .product). Updates the living docs and the repo URLs used by CI/submodules: AGENTS.md, README.md, .gitmodules. GitHub redirects the old URLs meanwhile.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
