Implements spec 001 (plan and tasks in the same folder): a static Svelte 5 + Vite site that turns the benchmark-tool result files and the ssg-frameworks metadata into linkable views of every round.

What's in it

• Data: scripts/build-data.mjs reads the data/benchmark-tool and data/ssg-frameworks submodules and writes public/data/rounds.json plus one file per round. It covers failure classification, quality rows, environment and fingerprints, and its output is byte-identical between runs.
• Sections: Introduction, Results (suite tabs, chart with log/linear scale, data table, failures), Composite, Quality (mobile/desktop Lighthouse plus audits), Environment, and Previous rounds with a two-round comparison.
• Links: every view is a link through the hash state (round, suite, cell, view and filters).
• Deploy: Cloudflare Workers static assets (wrangler.jsonc). deploy.yml runs only after ci succeeds, and only for same-repo commits.

Tests

• Vitest: 62/62.
• Playwright: 20/20, covering every section, permalink restore, 360 px layout and the theme toggle.
• Lighthouse on the built Results page: 100/100/100/100.
• wrangler deploy --dry-run passes.

Before deploy

• Add the CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID repository secrets. Without them the deploy job builds and skips.
• data/benchmark-tool is pinned to 4091c07 on docs/results-2026-10-11 until that branch is merged (Move the benchmark-tool submodule to main after the 2026-10-11 results merge #2).
