Spec 009 (docs/specs/009-post-move/) and its implementation.

Changes

  • scripts/hello.py: REPO = "BenchCommons/catalog-algorithms". The CI badge and the contributors graph link now point to the new repo.
  • Generated README intro: new title, and an intro that describes the catalog of classic algorithm implementations across languages (measured with perfratio through benchmark-tool). Hello World is presented as the startup-cost baseline for each language. It links issue Roadmap: from Hello World collection to catalog-algorithms #11 and docs/specs/ROADMAP.md.
  • README.md regenerated with python3 scripts/hello.py readme. No hand edits.
  • Spec 009 added to docs/specs/ROADMAP.md.

No matbrgz/Hello-World references remain outside languages/ and the completed specs. The maintainer line for @matbrgz stays as it is (spec 002). PR #10 was already merged, so nothing is left from it.

Verification

  • python3 scripts/hello.py check: 452 languages, 377 with tests, 0 errors

Point REPO at BenchCommons/catalog-algorithms so the CI badge and
contributor links follow the move, and rewrite the generated README
intro: the repo is now a catalog of classic algorithm implementations
across languages, with Hello World as the startup-cost baseline.
