Fixes offline contacts with messages being sorted with other offline contacts instead of at the top.

Adds a button to the profile page to pin contacts (users, really) to the top of your contacts list.
This makes them always appear there, regardless of their online or other status.
You can pin as many as you like and they'll be sorted like the regular ones.

This makes the sorting priorities configurable. Simply adjust the priority values in the settings. Negative values can be used to invert the order.

Joinable world status is ignored by default, but one just has to put in '100' to make it prioritize joinable status over online status.
Set joinable priority to '10' and online status to '100' if you want it to sort the status categories by joinable before alphabetical.
