cosmosdb-best-practicesskill had drifted from its source of truth, AzureCosmosDB/cosmosdb-agent-kit, missing new rules and content updates.Changes
skills/cosmosdb-best-practices/rules/with upstream: 54 new rules added (73 → 127), ~23 existing rules updated, plus refreshed_sections.md/_template.md.tooling-), Full-Text Search (fts-), and Security (security-), bringing the total to 13.SKILL.md— Rebuilt the Rule Index to cover all 127 rules across 13 categories; updated total count.README.md,SETUP.md, and.claude-plugin/plugin.json.Verified every
SKILL.mdlink resolves to an existing rule file, no rule file is left unlisted (127/127), and synced files are byte-identical to upstream.
