Description

• Adding additional description on Azure Cache for Redis announced its retirement
• Disabling all tests as Azure Cache for Redis announced its retirement and creating new caches is blocked for new customers

I don't see any update for the main.json hence no new version will be published.
Could you please try to rerun set-avmmodule? I'd expect the description update to be automatically included in main.json as well
