[BUG] Unable to fetch single api from apim using configuration file

Describe the bug

even after using the configuration file to extract single api but its extracting all the apis. as shown below configuration file

apiNames:

• name: creditapp-api

namedValueNames:

• name: tenant-id
• name: creditapp-api-appid
• name: google-maps-key

Explicitly disable everything else

productNames: []
backendNames: []
loggerNames: []
diagnosticNames: []
subscriptionNames: []
tagNames: []
policyFragmentNames: []

Expected behavior

i need to only extract one single api creditapp-api
inside the apim

In the documentation they specify this case.
"A apiNames section which includes a bogus name (e.g. ignore) in configuration (apiNames:[ignore]) means no apis will be extracted. The reason we did not use an empty array instead to indicate ignoring an artifact has to do with the fact that an empty array doesn’t work here is because of the way YAML configurations work with .NET configuration. Passing a field with an empty array is essentially the same not passing that field at all."

Use apiNames: [ignore]
Do not use an empty array.

Looks like v7 you are supposed to be able to use empty so completely valid bug report. I am just curious if it will work the old way using [ignore]

Still I face the same issue even after using this parameter.

i did update the configuration file as below

Note: With the introduction of workspaces we recommend using workspaces with APIOps when possible to limit what can be extracted whenever possible.

The configuration file keys changed in v7 (namedValueNames in v6 => named_values in v7, apiNames => apis).

Please use the latest release and review the sample extractor configuration. Reopen the issue if you're still having problems.

but still i am getting the same result.
