[ENHANCEMENT] CLI missing 'run' command for quick execution

Issue

The CLI (crates/cli/src/lib.rs) only supports build and version subcommands. There is no run command to compile and execute AzLang code in one step.

Current Commands

azcli build <output>
azcli version

Missing

azcli run <input.az>      # Compile and run
azcli test                # Run tests

User Experience

Users must manually:

1. Build the binary
2. Execute the binary

Recommendation

Add run command that compiles and executes in one step.
