[BUG] Struct/Union instantiation not transpiled

Issue

The parser supports struct and union type definitions, but the transpiler cannot instantiate them.

Current State

• Parser: ✅ Struct and Union parsing complete
• Validator: ✅ Type validation exists
• Transpiler: ❌ No struct/union instantiation support

Example (currently fails)

struct Point
    x: int
    y: int

const p = Point{x: 1, y: 2}

Required

Implement struct initialization and union type handling in transpiler.
