Summary

• Teach archdev share in the core skill: an explicit public-upload flag, auth-free previews, public uploads, inspection/finalization, deletion and administrative user purge.
• Add archdev/references/sharing.md covering immutable uploader attribution, fixed retention and quotas, sandboxed assets, partial failures, cleanup fences and retry semantics.
• Encourage screenshots or short recordings for visual/UI PRs, preferably before/after. Use archdev share for hosting, exclude or redact sensitive data, and keep automated tests. Non-sensitive PR visual evidence needs no separate upload approval; unrelated publication still requires the user's request.
• Regenerate all eight harness plugin copies and add source/generated contract tests.
• Keep publishing files separate from PR publication and Company Room posting. No custom-domain or deployment features.

Release order

Companion implementation: https://github.com/ArchAstro/firstlanding/pull/19635. Release the native CLI/gateway capability before distributing this skill update. Older/unconfigured installations must report the missing capability rather than fall back to the internal shared-credential uploader.

Verification

From tools/plugin-gen:

• npm test — 129 passed, including the visual-evidence guidance contract.
• npm run typecheck — passed.
• npm run check — all 156 generated files match.
• GitHub CI — all 20 checks pass at fd1c18760206da19a13ef0d8396993971dec2935.
• Current-head rule check reports no violations. Native CLI/gateway behavior is tested in the companion implementation PR, not by these text-generation tests; real GCS/IAM/ingress verification remains a rollout prerequisite. Required review is still pending; no merge or release performed.
