Adopt `registerSessionReadyListener` as the new SDK timing gate, replacing the v6 `didBecomeActive` observer and `waitForATTUserAuthorization`. This commit: - Updates existing Objective-C and Swift samples to the canonical v7 integration pattern. - Introduces a new SwiftUI sample app demonstrating the v7 lifecycle. - Adds comprehensive DevHub documentation for v7 flags and migration from v6. - Updates `.gitignore` to include common development and OS-specific ignored files. - Upgrades CocoaPods dependency to `appsflyer-apple-sdk-qa` (v7 pre-release).
