Proposes a new
StateAnimationobservable type as part of the core Dex API.This is a simple pattern that should make it easy to "proceduralize" state changes, particularly with animations. This could also potentially be used for "loading" states (taking some inspiration from Redux Saga.)
This should replace any previous "Declarative animation" API proposals I was drafting up earlier.
