[PWGLF] omega2012TrainingTable: write only extracted truth tables for MC - #18356

Add compact MC truth tables (event, cascade, V0, track labels and a pruned McParticles set around Omega(2012) decay trees) so the exporter output no longer needs raw MC tables, and write event rows only for events with candidates.
