Five read-only or exact-edit Haiku cards (harvest-scout, census-counter, quote-harvester, substrate-mapper, spec-editor), copied from lance-graph with ndarray paths. No guarded-executor: only the orchestrator compiles here (agent-cargo-hygiene.md). Rules and supervision in .claude/rules/agent-model-tiers.md; CLAUDE.md Agent Protocol item 7; blackboard entry with the first run (2/2 hits verified).
