Research scratchpad only, deliberately separate from merged #1847 S1–S7 and EAW/CFA. Adds one file under docs/research/epistemic-awareness with D-EBM-0..11 staged PR map, owner boundaries, dependencies, no-global-mask L1 controls, Pearl/Epi5 truth gates, deterministic Thought-Git vs Markov corrigendum, 0+63 branches, lazy 64×64×16 view, independent oracle and falsifiers.
No code, no ABI, no CE64 layout change, no board edits, no merge authorization. Parent sources: #1790/#1791, #1834–#1836, #1840–#1844, #1813/#1815, #1820–#1828, #1737, #1847. First next step: B0 only, independent scalar fixture and ownership check; other PRs are proposed identifiers, not created.
