This PR adds
overset_maskforMLEBABecLap, which already exists for the non-EB version.Additional background
The PR adds a test case (
Tests/LinearSolvers/EBABecLapOverset), derived fromTests/LinearSolvers/CellEB. The test solves the same problem twice: first without anoverset_mask, and then with anoverset_maskapplied over a region specified in the inputs file. It compares and plots the two resulting solutions.Checklist
