Summary

Use fixed local VM mounts aligned with Cueboard: home, /Applications, /Library, /Volumes, and OpenBridge app data
Mount ~/.openbridge as passthrough for direct writes and remove user-editable mount settings
Allow macOS VM builds to omit unsupported EROFS zstd compression flags

Tests
