Still needs work: Make baseplates disable themselves too when setpos called on them Filter out disabled baseplates
Added costs to fuses/guidance types, made radars have formula-based costs, and made MagSize for pods/racks get automatically assigned based on mountpoints that were already defined Pods/racks also have a cost based on how many missiles/bombs/rockets/whatever they can hold, adjusted by caliber if available
