Replace prototype Steam launcher with Batocera's supported integration #4
Description
Goal
Remove the custom RunImage-based Steam path from the shipping profile and integrate Batocera's supported Steam package and lifecycle hooks.
Acceptance criteria
- Steam launches and exits through the same supervised game lifecycle as other systems.
- Gaming Mode never starts Plasma unless explicitly selected.
- Forced exit returns to EmulationStation without a stuck overlay or black screen.
- Native Deck games remain excluded from emulator-library imports by policy.
- Install, migration, recovery, and uninstall behavior is tested and documented.

main. Current work targets the CachyOS/COSMIC developer workstation, transactional recovery, and rootless SDK. See #12 and the current roadmap for active contribution lanes. This issue remains public as historical context; it is not an active commitment.
