The Browser folder is not an actual folder on the desktop, just houses things related to the browser application found on the app tray. Neither is Codex, which is also an application.
The MR-7-Media-reader-78x folder is also not an actual folder, but houses things found on the storage device once it's repaired/decrypted.
The folder Misc assets simply contains a collection of miscellaneous assets that were downloaded for archiving/convenience.
The folder util contains utility items for working with the ARG. The files inside were not found in the ARG itself and are user-created.
After solving all 4 initial loops, an option to buy a ticket to a ship to Mars appears.
