In the case of a brand new installation 1panel, rewrite rule canot be identified by wordpress, my plugin canot work either.

Steps to Reproduce

just install the 1panel in a new host, dont use the old version panel which update justnow to test. i use Debian13 php8.4 mariaDB(latest version) opensty(latest version)

The expected correct result

permanentlink url should be: abcd.com/ not abcd.com/index.php
