目前 Docker 镜像导入的操作流程过于繁琐。用户需要先去“文件管理器”上传 .tar 镜像文件，然后复制文件路径，最后回到“镜像导入”页面填写该路径。这个过程存在多次页面跳转和手动复制粘贴，对于用户（特别是新手）来说体验不够友好。

希望能在“容器 -> 镜像 -> 导入镜像”页面直接集成文件上传功能。

在“路径”输入框旁（或替代路径输入框），增加一个“上传文件”或“选择本地文件”的按钮。

支持直接将本地 .tar 文件拖拽到该区域进行上传。

上传完成后，后端自动处理该文件并导入镜像，无需用户手动去文件管理器操作。
