Add-to-cart only displays "Choose Options"

When I try to display "add-to-cart", it displays "Choose Options". On the category page, "Choose Options" links to the article. But in the article, the "Choose Options" is still displayed, but doesn't do anything.

I have tried all 3 options for j2commerce / setup / configuration / cart / Add to cart placement
