Because they're now just another screens, they allow to "go back" when they shouldn't.
Another similar thing happens when a transaction succeeds. The back button does not truly go back, but pushes yet another screen on top of the stack. This means that the user can simply swipe right on the home screen to go back to the "tx sent" screen!
